Driveway Proposals Partner Terms
1. Approval. Every partner is approved by us. We can decline or remove any partner.
2. Commission. 20% of every payment from each subscription you refer, for as long as they stay subscribed.
3. Hold. Commission is held 30 days after each payment before it's paid out. Refunded or disputed payments earn no commission.
4. Tracking. A referral counts when the crew signs up within 90 days of clicking your link.
5. Disclosure. Wherever you share your link, say clearly that you earn a commission, for example: "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link." This is required by the FTC.
6. No spam. No unsolicited bulk email, texts, comment spam, or posting in groups that don't allow it. No fake reviews.
7. No brand bidding. Don't bid on "Driveway Proposals" or close spellings in any search or social ads, and don't use our name in a domain or account name.
8. Honest claims. Describe the product accurately. Don't promise discounts or terms we don't offer.
9. No self-referrals. You can't earn commission on your own account.
10. Changes. We may change commission rates or these terms for new referrals with notice. Crews you already referred keep the rate they had.
11. Payouts. Paid through Rewardful. You may need to provide tax information (W-9) before payout.
